Q-SHEE (QUINOA SUSHI)

 

Instead of using rice for my sushi rolls, I use quinoa.  It's far healthier and gluten free.  The combination of ingredients change often.  Each rolls yields approximately 8-9 pieces and is made with 1/2 cup of quinoa so it's quite filling.  Great for lunches!
